UKG Admin / Kronos – Remote

• UKG Pro WFM Implementation consultant to build UKG Instances, maintain and support.
• Need Resource to support WFM UKG Pro Instance build and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; master’s degree preferred.
• Must hands on 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining UKG Pro Instances and setting up integrations with Dell Boomi and on-premises applications preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UKG Pro systems configuration and support
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM systems
• Strong technical skills with experience in software development, API integration, security key management, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
• Hands on experience in cloud technologies.
• 5 years minimum experience (higher preferred), 3 years of related experience, including a demonstrated ability in technology area. In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UKG Pro Certification is a strong plus.
• Boomi Certification
