Job Description:
Candidate should have solid QA Testing experience, to a lead level category.
Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Strategy:
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and automation testing.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution of test cycles.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in testing processes.
- Automation & Tools:
- Drive automation efforts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
- Evaluate and implement QA tools to improve efficiency (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Postman, CI/CD pipelines).
- Defect & Risk Management:
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking systems.
- Prioritize issues based on severity and work with developers for resolution.
- Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning.
