Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to work on their project based out of Austin, TX/ Hybrid.

Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Austin, TX/ Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months 

Job Description: 

·         Overseeeing UX/UI designs to ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry-wide best practices

·        Translating research into user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes and collaborating on the future product roadmap

·        Employing user testing and outreach to ensure products meets the needs of the end users, in collaboration with partners

·        Partnering with the product team and other key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on design solutions and rationales; collaborating with internal and external teams of product designers, developers, and product managers

Required Experience:

·        8 years Required Experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI or a related field

·        8 years Required Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices

·        8 years Required A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism

·        8 years Required Experience conducting user and usability research

·        5 years Required Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills

·        5 years Required Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills

·        4 years Required Direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts

·        4 years Required Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software

·        3 years Required Experience ensuring designs and website confirm to federal accessibility guidelines

·        3 years Preferred Documented work experience with the issue tracking software “Atlassian Jira”
