RPA Power Automate Tech Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite Role)

Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows

Proven experience in leading and delivering automation projects from concept to production

In-depth knowledge of Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows, including UI automation, data manipulation, and integration capabilities

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., VBA, PowerShell) is a plus

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Passion for automation and continuous process improvement

Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation workflows

Integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications using connectors and APIs

Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and security within automation solutions

Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation

Lead and mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance and expertise

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flows, and RPA best practices

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, operations) to ensure success
