Role: Java Backend Developer

Role Description
Expert in Java 1.8 and spring boot
§ Strong experience with agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery with 5-10 years overall development experience is required.
§ Proven proficiency in Springboot and Microservices Architecture.,
§ Master in Kafka 5.x and MongoDB, Proven in Docker and Kubernetes, Design Patterns.
§ He /she should demonstrate deep level of understanding on Data migration.
§ Should be able to understand the current migration architecture and provide solution that fits in the current architecture.
§ Creating a solution prototype.
§ Supporting project management.
§ Understanding IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development.
§ Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
§ Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
§ Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
§ Self-driven by nature and capable to closely work with development and business teams to communicate impacts and to understand business requirements.
§ Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
§ Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions and in documentation as well.
§ Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
§ Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
Healthcare Domain knowledge is preferable
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Min 5 years of experience in Information Technology
