Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design for manufacturing clients. The role requires deep domain knowledge of discrete/process manufacturing and experience working closely with client stakeholders in the US region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Production, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Shop Floor operations.
• Translate business processes into functional designs and user stories for implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain) or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis, process workshops, and map business requirements to system functionalities.
• Support solution design, functional configurations, and validation of business requirements.
• Develop process documentation including Business Process Model (BPMs), SOPs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Assist in UAT, data migration validation, and go-live readiness.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Work with onsite US team members ensuring smooth communication, requirement alignment, and delivery excellence.
   

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a Manufacturing Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Discrete, Process, or Lean Manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing modules such as:
  Production Control
  Master Planning / MRP
  BOM & Routing
  Shop Floor Control / MES Integration
  Quality & Inventory Management
  Procurement & Product Information Management

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365 F&O), AX 2012, SAP, or other Tier-1 ERPs.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience interacting with US-based stakeholders and global project delivery teams.
• Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate) is a plus.
