Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Producer to deliver editorial excellence across multiple content types, ensuring consistency, clarity, and engagement. The role involves editing and proofreading documents with tracked changes and comments, providing detailed feedback, and summarizing major edits with enhancement suggestions. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders, leadership teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across macOS, iOS, and iPad platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and proofread training and project documents with precision, ensuring grammar, punctuation, clarity, and style consistency.
Provide tracked changes, comments, and editorial summaries for suggested improvements.
Collaborate with content developers across modalities to create consistent and cohesive learning documentation.
Review and refine training materials, project documents, asset management files, and regional content.
Create and edit content using a variety of tools, including editing software, LMS, CMS, and content creation tools.
Interpret technical concepts, simplifying jargon for wider audiences.
Write engaging and effective copy for headlines, course descriptions, and marketing materials.
Ensure adherence to Apple’s Editorial Guidelines, the Apple Style Guide, and the Chicago Manual of Style.
Provide fact-checking and terminology verification where required.
Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams and provide updates on project progress.

6–8 years of professional experience in editorial services, content production, or instructional content development.

Strong ability to copy edit, proofread, and write technical and instructional content.
Proven track record of ensuring brand voice consistency across multiple content types.
Ability to refine structure and flow for improved readability and learner engagement.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.
