Requirements and Qualifications:
Solid experience as a Business Analyst, at least 5+ year(s) ideally
Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 5+ year(s)
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven experience with high level planning, problem solving and analysis.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Strong communication skills and the ability to draw out the needs and requirements of clients.
Quick learner that can be put into new situations and quickly become a domain expert.
Analytical skills along with being able to conceptualize, design and document new features and business requirements.
Attention to details.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Skills:
Knowledge, hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence
Knowledge, hands-on experience in MS Visio or in similar softwares
Writing basic SQL queries
Technical background will be a plus
