QA Lead or Lead Performance Test Engineer     
Location: 2 Days On Site in Reading PA OR Tampa, FL-Need only locals (Hybrid)

Exp level: 12+ years 

*****Only local to PA and FL consultants*****

Required skills: LoadRunner, JMeter, and experience leading performance testing initiatives.

Required Skills:

·  Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and Linux OS and basic SQL knowledge.

·  Strong understanding of Agile testing and ability to work closely with Agile teams.

·  Experience in load testing types: Smoke, Endurance, Volume, and more.

·  Hands-on experience with APM tools, workload modeling, and performance test strategy development.

Qualifications:

·  Proven leadership in geographically distributed teams and ability to mentor junior team members.

·  Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
