Job Description:

IBP Functional – We are seeking 4-7 experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Planning Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning, specifically with Finite Heuristic and Optimizer algorithms. This role requires individuals who can translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions, work cross-functionally to review designs, configure models, and stay current with the latest SAP IBP releases and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP Supply Planning solutions using Finite Heuristic and Optimizer methods.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into SAP IBP design and configurations.
Perform hands-on IBP model configuration, including planning areas, key figures, attributes, master data types, and time profiles.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop scalable solution designs that align with industry best practices.
Review solution architecture and integration designs with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and external systems.
Provide guidance and support during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
Stay current with SAP IBP releases and features, evaluating applicability and incorporating enhancements into the existing landscape.
Troubleshoot configuration and planning issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
