📍 Location: Onsite – Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad

📌 Open Roles: US IT Recruiters (6 months – 4 Years Experience)

At Cozen Technology, we’re expanding our talent acquisition team and looking for results-driven US IT Recruiters who are passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → submission → offer).
Ensure daily submissions and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Partner closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to meet client needs.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
6 months – 4 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
Expertise in Boolean search, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
