Job Title: ServiceNow Lead
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid/Onsite as required)
Exp: 10 + Years minimum.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow module integrations, with proven leadership skills to guide a technical team and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills:
Over 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow administration/development.
Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow integrations.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow security and access controls.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
