Role Overview
The Application Architect (Generative AI) will design and guide the implementation of AI-driven applications and platforms across EA. This role combines enterprise architecture, software engineering, and AI innovation, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. The architect will collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and other GenAI technologies into EA’s ecosystem, aligning with EA’s global technology strategy while supporting rapid innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, high-performing AI-enabled applications.
Translate business and creative needs into technical architectures.
Define standards, patterns, and reference architectures for AI integration.
Lead modernization initiatives using cloud-native and AI-native approaches.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Align solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
Mentor teams and provide thought leadership on GenAI adoption and tools.
Evaluate and recommend AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and vendors.

Qualifications
8+ years in application/software architecture with enterprise-scale experience.
Solid understanding of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering).
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
Proficient in Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
Familiar with MLOps, AI model deployment, inference optimization, and monitoring.
Deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points
Experience in gaming, media, or interactive entertainment.
Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AI workflow orchestration.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
Hands-on experience integrating GenAI solutions into end-user platforms.
