Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that support Client’s mission to connect players with the games they love. In this role, you’ll partner with studio, technology, and business leaders to deliver programs that improve operational efficiency, enable innovative solutions, and ensure projects are executed on time and at scale.

The Program Manager will serve as the connective tissue between teams—aligning strategy, execution, and delivery. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and functions.
Translate strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risk logs, and reporting dashboards.
Drive cross-team communication to ensure alignment, unblock challenges, and mitigate risks.
Provide transparency to leadership through clear status updates, reporting, and insights.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in program management processes.
Ensure all deliverables support Client’s standards of quality and player experience.
 

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience in technology, gaming, or related industries.
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence at all levels.
Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar program tracking systems.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity.
Passion for games, technology, and delivering outstanding player experiences.
 

Bonus Points

Experience in the gaming industry or entertainment/media sector.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.
Background in software engineering, game development, or live services operations.
