Required Skills:
ServiceNow System Administrator and /or and Implementation Specialist certification
ServiceNow development, customization, administration experience in ITSM, ITOM, S AM, ITBM and/or equivalent
Experience across modules like ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management.
Experience with User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
This role is responsible for the following:
As a lead developer of the team, deliver hands-on configuration, development and integration services and serve in a quality assurance capacity for all project deliverables
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certification
Experienced in Service Now implementations which span ITIL, ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines
Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes:
User Provisioning process that integrates with internal and external systems
Technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
Workflow customization
Ticketing
Process automation
Report development
Dashboard creation
System configurations
Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
Lead Developer in 5 or more end to end ServiceNow implementation projects
Expert knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Discovery using Service Graph Connectors
Experience in designing and developing integration with application in place that are custom built and COTS and SaaS products
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign sessions
Understand how different ServiceNow modules interact to ensure that configuration done in one area is not negatively impacting other areas
Knowledge of scripting language, including JavaScript
Experience working with remote teams
Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design and implementation of the project
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, and administration (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM).
5+ years experience across modules like ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management.
5+ years working with User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
5+ years designing and developing integrations (Azure AD, SSO, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, email, etc.).
Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding implementation and training teams.
Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
