Interview mode : Team meetings 
Required to attend a virtual onboarding session and to physically pick up agency issued equipment in Austin, TX on their first day of contract.
There will be additional appointments and blocks of time that the contractor will need to attend during their first week of assignment.
Candidates selected for this opportunity may be required to physically attend meetings in Austin, TX, with minimal notice.
Candidates currently residing outside of the State of Texas, will be required to relocate to Texas, if selected for this position and the offer is accepted.

Job Summary:
Work under the direction of the CTO team to design, implement, and drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure Directory Services, Authentication, and Authorization reference architectures. Lead the modernization of IAM solutions using Azure technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant access management across enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute IAM strategies, integrate applications with Azure AD/B2C, and promote governance, automation, and best practices in identity lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years – Hands-on experience in custom user provisioning workflows and integration with applications.
8+ years – Expertise in analyzing current IAM landscapes and defining migration roadmaps.
6+ years – Development experience in Spring Boot / .NET, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrated with Azure IdP.
5+ years – Configuration of SAML, OIDC, OAuth protocols and enterprise IAM/PAM solutions using Azure AD.
5+ years – Implementing Azure AD/B2C authentication, authorization, and SSO for enterprise applications.
5+ years – Managing Azure policies, configurations, and developing with REST APIs, Java/J2EE, .NET.
4+ years – IAM architecture experience (RBAC, SSO Federation, Kerberos), and Graph API integration.
4+ years – Developing audit and monitoring solutions for IdP security.
4+ years – Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and JSON-based integrations.
3+ years – Azure AD/B2C integrations with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and B2B authentication setups.
3+ years – Migration experience from platforms like ISIM/ISAM to Azure AD/B2C.
Preferred: Project management skills, familiarity with Okta, AWS IDP, ITIL, TOGAF, and PKI/Cryptography knowledge.
