Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst will perform advanced analysis work to support the implementation of complex technology projects as part of Client’s mainframe transformation program. This includes implementing SaaS/COTS applications, migrating data from legacy mainframes, and developing a Data Warehouse.

The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements; evaluating and improving business processes; supporting user acceptance testing; and assisting with research and special projects. The Analyst will work under minimal supervision with significant latitude for initiative and independent judgment and may oversee the work of others.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions with business and technical teams.
Create business process diagrams, use cases, data models, and traceability documentation.
Develop and maintain design documents and system specifications.
Assist with UAT planning, training, and implementation support.
Analyze production issues to determine root causes and recommend solutions.
Ensure deliverables meet established standards, methodologies, and quality benchmarks.
Support multiple inter-related projects in a collaborative environment.
