Position Summary
The Worker will perform advanced (senior-level) business analysis work related to implementing complex and emerging technology projects under the Mainframe Transformation Program. This role involves analysis, documentation, and oversight for multiple interrelated projects, including:

Implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) or Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications
Migration of data from mainframe systems to new platforms
Development of a Data Warehouse
The Senior Business Analyst ensures that deliverables and documentation meet established processes, quality standards, and accepted business analysis methodologies. Work will be performed under limited to minimal direction, with significant latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, develop, and document requirements using multiple elicitation methods.
Review, assess, and document business processes to support transformation initiatives.
Create and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, plans, and test cases.
Support users with research, analysis, and special projects.
Facilitate interactive working sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
Prepare project-related documentation including traceability matrices, use cases, data models, and functional specifications.
Assess production support issues, determine root causes, and document corrective measures.
Guide business and functional units in UAT execution, training, and implementation-related activities.
Maintain understanding of key business drivers and impacts; assist stakeholders in problem identification and solution design.
Contribute to process improvement and change management initiatives.
