Role: Business Analyst with Banking Domain

Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 7-8 years of extensive experience in the commercial banking platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering strategic solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction within commercial banking products and operations.
- You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to ensure that business objectives are translated into effective system and process solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation purposes.
- Domain Expertise: Indepth understanding of Commercial Banking products and services: Commercial Banking Loans & Syndications Payments & Cash Management Treasury & Risk Management Credit Cards Management Provides systems support for assigned business unit or assigned application(s) which include the following:
- Maintains, monitors, updates assigned application systems – Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct – Tests and implements new software or software modifications
- Develops and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures Develops and updates documentation to support policies or procedures. Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data.
- Responds to questions and provides technical support to members of the business unit. May act as liaison between software vendors and business unit or between users and other corporate areas. Documents Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements specific to commercial banking, such as payments and real-time rails.
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and test cases to ensure clear communication and alignment. Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and Use Cases Collaborate with development teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Track project deliverables, manage change requests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for solutions. Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio for project tracking and process documentation. Mandatory Skills Cross functional team coordination Business Analysis and converting them to Userstories JIRA / Confluence / Azure DevOps (for Agile project management MS Visio SQL / Data Querying .
