Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Location: Katy, TX
Duration: 6 months

Mandatory Skills:- Retail, ecommerce and Merchandising experience


Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enrich product data to ensure accurate and appealing online presentations, Customer Decision tree, Taxonomy, including imagery, videos, descriptions, specifications,
• Merchandise Product Attribute Standardization – Experience with standardizing attributes for various categories through competitive research and analysis, defining Customer Decision tree, Taxonomy etc.
• Conduct regular audits of product content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
• Partner with vendors to acquire and manage high-quality product content and assets
• Work with the Marketing team to develop strategies for cross-channel merchandising, aligning website product presentation with other digital channels such as mobile apps, email marketing, and social media • Manage and optimize the placement and categorization of products on the website and across digital channels to enhance discoverability and conversion • Utilize analytics tools to measure product performance and identify trends, making data-driven recommendations for merchandising adjustments • Collaborate with the Marketing and Inventory teams to ensure promotional readiness and availability of stock for featured products
• Continuously improve product presentation by testing and implementing enhancements to descriptions, imagery, and overall user experience
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of product updates, promotions, and performance metrics
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required
• Graduate with Marketing / Business / Merchandizing preferred with experience in Category Management / Site Merchandizing – Product attribute standardization , Product Review – Quality Check, Manage Product Attribute
• Has experience in cross functional stakeholder management and managing projects, experience in delivery as an individual contributor
• Communicates effectively with various entities, stakeholders, client managers, remote site personnel, and client technical and non-technical resources.

Responsibilities:
• Create merchandise category hierarchies, including assignment and reassignment of articles within the merchandise category hierarchy.
• Manage ERP product data, including article logistics data, product sellable unit configuration (pack size), article sales/POS data, and product expiry.
• Manage supplier changes and ensure product records are updated accordingly.
• Manage product performance, including measuring product delivery performance.
• Manage digital enrichment data, including initiating supplier enrichment, overseeing internal enrichment activities, and acquiring product-line information (data syndication opportunities).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of merchandising, product management, and upstream and downstream processes. • Provide support for new product launches as required. • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. • Absorb processes diligently and train TCS associates effectively. • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (including Buyers). • Ensure SLA and KPI maintenance across processes. • Handle team management, training, and motivation responsibilities. • Manage escalation and resolution handling. • Monitor delivery, quality, and exception handling. • Identify and manage potential risks. • Review and monitor all market research activities.
