Title – Business Systems Analyst
Location – Pittsburgh, PA 100% Local

Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business users for different systems.
- Write down all requirements and solutions clearly.
- Work with internal and external technology teams.
- Collaborate closely with administration, technology, and operations teams.
- Take part in system releases and test integrations.
- Organize user testing to make sure systems work well for users.
- Create reports on project progress for Senior Management.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, especially for writing clear business requirements and functional specifications.
- Work independently and with a team that's in different locations.
- Build and maintain good relationships with business and technology teams.
- Understand and analyze how business processes and workflows function.
- Learn about the Structured Finance business and keep improving knowledge.
- Need 7-10 years of similar work experience.
Manager's Release Notes:
- Goal is to hire the candidate as a full-time employee eventually.
- Looking for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is necessary.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Initially, the position can start remotely. If hired as full-time, there will be flexibility for remote or onsite work (Pittsburgh or Lake Mary).
