🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced nCino Developer with strong Salesforce expertise to design, develop, and enhance lending solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with nCino modules, Salesforce development, and DevOps processes.
🔹 Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
- ✅ nCino 201 Certification (MANDATORY)
- ✅ Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
- ✅ 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience
- ✅ Strong hands-on experience with:
- ✅ Experience with:
- Integrations (Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Platform Events)
- Git (version control)
- DevOps lifecycle (CI/CD, deployments, merges, commits)
🔹 nCino Functional Expertise (Very Important)
Hands-on experience in:
- nCino UI & Configuration
- Product Hierarchy
- Collateral Management
- Credit Underwriting (UW)
- Docman (Document Management)
- Smart Checklist
- Customer Portal
🔹 Tools & DevOps
- AutoRABIT (Required – deployment & pipeline management)
- Git (branching, merging, versioning)
- CI/CD processes
🔹 Preferred Experience
- Commercial Lending or Private Lending domain
- Salesforce Architecture & Design exposure
- Experience working in Agile environments
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize nCino/Salesforce solutions
- Build scalable Apex, Flows, and integrations
- Manage deployments using AutoRABIT pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for lending workflows
- Participate in design and architecture discussions
