Role Overview:
We are looking for an OpenShift Engineer with strong expertise in container technologies, Linux systems, automation, and cloud platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Design, configure, and support OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
✔️ Build and manage containers using Podman/Docker
✔️ Implement and maintain GitOps (ArgoCD) for Kubernetes
✔️ Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform HCL
✔️ Develop sustainable scripts using Python, Perl, or Bash
✔️ Optimize and configure Linux systems
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable deployments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 8+ years of combined education and work experience in infrastructure design, data management, or system development
✅ Strong understanding of system development & infrastructure lifecycle
✅ Expert knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes (build, configure, support)
✅ Experience with Podman/Docker containerization
✅ Advanced Azure experience (AKS, ARO)
✅ Proficiency in automation & scripting (Ansible, Terraform HCL, Python, Bash, Perl)
✅ Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) for Kubernetes
✅ Strong written & verbal communication skills
