Job Description
As a Bench Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and placing IT consultants on projects with clients/Prime Vendors. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Place IT and Non IT candidates available on Bench with Prime Vendors / Clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors and candidates through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
• Work with Prime Vendors on their requirements and submit candidates who match those requirements.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback from clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Salesin the IT staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
