Servicenow Architect ITOM urgent Need

Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Experience Level: 10+ Years Overall (5+ in ServiceNow, 2+ in ITOM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect for a fully remote role. This position will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management. The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow experience, enterprise IT operations knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business and IT operations goals
• Design and implement Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
• Define and enforce CMDB governance, data models, and integration standards
• Lead remote design and implementation workshops with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform leads, ITSM teams, and infrastructure engineers
• Optimize ITOM health, automation, and service visibility
• Guide technical teams on architectural best practices and solution delivery

Required Skills:
• 10+ years overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITOM modules:
• Discovery (horizontal and vertical)
• Service Mapping
• Event Management and integrations
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CSDM, and data modeling
• Experience with MID Server configuration, credentials management, and pattern creation
• Integration knowledge with tools like SolarWinds, vCenter, Azure, AWS, etc.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CIS–ITOM, CAD

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with AIOps, performance monitoring, and alert correlation
• Exposure to ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, or custom application modules
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments

Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication for remote collaboration
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive decisions
• Organized and proactive in a distributed team setup
