Job role: Service Now Architect
Location: Summit, NJ(Hybrid-2 to 3 days a week)
Experience in Architecture, Design, and development of Service Now
Experience in N-1 current version and previous versions of ServiceNow
Experience implementing ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Mgmt.), CMDB (CSDM, Integrations based via IRE), ITAM, GRC, Order Management Complex Integrations and Custom Apps.
Experience implementing several greenfield ServiceNow roll-out projects
Experienced Professional building Scoped App for Business through App Engine Studio, Commit to GIT repository.
-ServiceNow Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Discovery, CSDM, Pattern Designer,
Flow Designer Trained
Experience in Upgrades
Certifications & Trainings expected:
-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
– ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – ITSM
– ServiceNow System Administrator
-ServiceNow HAM and SAM
