Role- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Visa – GC/USC/H4EAD/GC-EAD
Location- Atlanta, GA local only (Hybrid)
Duration- 12+ Months with possible extension/conversion
Candidates need to have:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Amp script with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize email templates.
Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology, including Journey Builder & Automation Studio.
Experience in audience creation and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Working knowledge of API development and data delivery services.
Proficiency in email compliance regulations, accessibility standards, and rendering best practices.
Experience with cloud transformation/migration projects.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes for automation.
Job Responsibilities:
Email Development & Campaign Management:
Develop and modify email templates and existing campaigns to enhance performance and user experience.
Apply best practices in email development, compliance regulations, and accessibility.
Set up and test complex email campaigns with dynamic content and audience segmentation.
Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs (Email Service Providers), and devices.
Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues to ensure smooth execution.
Technical Development & API Integration:
Develop solid and modular designs for data streaming, cloud transformation/migration, and API product development.
Build and maintain data APIs and delivery services to support business operations, customer interactions, and partner integrations.
Design and support data-centric products that span multiple platforms and technologies.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
Work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to improve processes and work methodologies.
Analyze technical information and produce high-quality software solutions.
Offer creative solutions to overcome technical challenges and obstacles.
Communicate proactively with teams and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Documentation & Standards Compliance:
Document solutions in written and diagram formats to facilitate cross-team understanding.
Follow and enforce developer coding standards to ensure software meets design goals and business needs.
Identify technical issues, articulate their impact, and prioritize resolutions effectively.
Collaborate with vendor(s) to integrate third-party tools and solutions.
