JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Lead Azure-based technical initiatives as a hands-on Technical Lead.
– Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight for Microsoft Azure solutions.
– Drive Agile delivery as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams.
– Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
– Ensure Agile best practices and Scrum framework adherence across the team.
– Coordinate between development, business, and stakeholder teams to ensure timely delivery.
– Identify and resolve technical and process-related impediments.
– Guide teams in Azure implementation aligned with digital and cloud strategy.
– Ensure high-quality delivery, scalability, and reliability of Azure solutions.
