Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer – Support (AI/RegTech Platform)

Our client in hiring a Support Engineer to help scale and enhance FILLIP — a next-generation generative AI platform built for regulatory intelligence and long-document processing.
This is a hybrid role combining technical support, automation, and development engineering. You will be the key escalation point between end users and the core engineering team, ensuring system reliability for 5,000+ users.
What You’ll Do
Serve as Level-2 technical escalation for complex platform issues
Analyze logs across Splunk and AWS CloudWatch
Perform root-cause investigations and validate fixes
Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Python)
Execute manual & automated test cases to strengthen platform reliability
Work across AWS infrastructure: EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora
Implement minor bug fixes and support cloud integrations
Communicate with users, document findings, and prevent recurring issues
Required Skills
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Python skills + test automation frameworks
Deep experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora)
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with Splunk & CloudWatch
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS Bedrock (big plus!)
Exposure to Vue.js/modern JS frameworks
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with AI/LLM applications
Experience in financial services, regulatory, or government environments
