Roles and Responsibilities:

Required Skills : ANSI SQL, Python, Azure, Microsoft ADFS, Apache Spark, Azure Synapse

Provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging expertise in Python, Azure, and Azure Synapse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and software development.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
Utilize ANSI SQL and Apache Spark to analyze and process large datasets.
Implement and manage Microsoft ADFS for secure authentication and access control.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in Python, Azure, and Azure Synapse.
Have extensive experience with ANSI SQL and Apache Spark for data analysis and processing.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing Microsoft ADFS for secure authentication.
Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
