Senior Software Engineer-Angular
Location: Flexible (Remote or On-site in Baltimore, MD), high preference for east coast

Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in building a next-generation SaaS patient safety reporting platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in developing frontends using Angular or similar framework ,experience integrating frontends to APIs built using Java, Node or C#, and a strong background in building solutions in the healthcare space. In addition, the candidate should possess extensive experience working in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Responsibilities include:
1. Frontend Development:
Develop responsive and intuitive frontend applications using Angular.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across various devices.
2. API Development:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure APIs using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure API functionality meets business needs.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of APIs to ensure high performance and reliability.
3. Healthcare Expertise:
Apply your extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry to design and develop solutions that address unique challenges and requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to contribute valuable insights to the team.
4. Cloud Environment:
Utilize your expertise in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure or AWS, to deploy, manage, and optimize software solutions.
Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance in the cloud environment.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Angular
– Strong proficiency in Java for API development (Springboot, JHipster).
– Experience in integrating with APIs built in Java, C# or Node.js
– Substantial background in the healthcare industry.
– Extensive experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
