Role: Customer Journey Analytics
Location: Issaquah, WA
Duration: 12+ Month
Job Description:
• The CJA Lead will be responsible for discovery, design and
implementation of CJA requirements i.e. Creation of CJA Reports using
dimensions, metrics & analyzing the insights generated.
• He/she will also be responsible for leading the development team of
minimum 2 CJA developers.
• As part of leading the team, he/she will be responsible for reviewing
changes done by the junior developers, guide them for any technical
blockers they might be facing.
• CJA lead is also a client facing role to participate in requirement
gathering and technical discussions with client POs & Architects.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Overall IT Experience of 6+ years, with minimum 2+ years of hands-on
development experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Understanding of Analytics Data Collection using some tag manager is
must preferably experienced with Adobe Tag / Launch.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics – proficient with different types of
AA report components, evars, props, events, segments.
• Experience with Adobe Web SDK, Understanding of Adobe Journey
Optimizer on high level, Adobe experience Platform Dataset, Query
Service would be a plus.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions,
communications, and documentation.
• Self-starter – Organized and highly motivated.
• Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
