Title: Senior AWS Engineer

Location: Hybrid-Remote in Malvern, PA

Duration: 24 Month contract, extensions possible

Rate: $55/hr. on C2C

Required Skills & Experience

– 8-10+ years of experience in Software Engineering within an AWS environment

– Lead experience

– Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders directly

– Experience with AWS Services (Lambda, S3, EC2, Etc.)

– Full stack experience with Java/NodeJS/ReactJS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

– Consulting experience is a bonus (Infosys, Deloitte, TCS, Capgemini, EY, IBM)

– Previous Vanguard/Financial experience is a plus

Job Description:

Our client is looking for two Senior AWS Developers to join their team. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, ensuring the company’s cloud-based resources are secure, efficient, and meet organizational needs.

Key responsibilities include setting up, managing, and scaling applications on AWS for high availability and fault tolerance; designing and building infrastructure using AWS’s service-oriented architecture; developing scripts to automate functions and streamline operations; implementing and managing security and compliance protocols; providing technical support and resolving issues in AWS environments; monitoring and optimizing AWS resource usage; and collaborating with development and operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support the deployment of microservices and serverless applications.
