Job Description:
Release Planning and Coordination
? Develop and maintain detailed release calendars, plans, and timelines for all software deployments.
? Coordinate and manage multiple, concurrent releases across various environments, including testing, staging, and production.
? Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, IT Operations, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of releases.
? Lead and facilitate Go/No-Go meetings, identifying and resolving last-minute challenges.
? Ensure alignment of release activities with organizational goals and release windows. Process Compliance and Documentation
? Ensure all releases follow the defined SDLC and Change Management processes.
? Provide complete and auditable documentation to support internal controls and audit reviews.
? Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and secure necessary approvals for production releases.
? Create and maintain release-related documentation, including Release Notes, Implementation Plans, and evidence artifacts
