Position – Senior DevOps Engineer
Location- Plano, TX (Fully Onsite)
Job Type- Long-Term-Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for on-prem and cloud platforms using industry-leading tools.
Automate DevOps workflows across all phases of the delivery pipeline.
Collaborate with Scrum teams to deploy and operate microservices-based applications in multiple environments, including production.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Use monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve system events and alarms, focusing on eliminating recurring issues.
Provide timely and informative follow-up on incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure principles.
Implement DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in strategic planning and aligning DevOps initiatives with business goals.
Preferred Certifications:
Advanced certifications in DevOps, Cloud technologies, or Kubernetes.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Technical Skills:
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE).
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks.
Programming/Scripting: Python, Shell, Go.
Security & Compliance: DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, SOX compliance.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or System Engineering roles.
