Sr. Product Manager (OCM)

OCM is organizational change management.

Client got a new system that they are building out and want to help their users to adapt that.

This is a mix of Product and consulting, Project Management and Change Management.

Strong oral & written communication

Good co-ordination/planning skills

Experience in large scale solution rollouts, understanding both business and tech impact

Ability to work independently

Experience in planning and monitoring training programs

Experience in financial services preferably Wealth Management or Asset Management

Change Certifications (Prosci, etc)

Experience using ADKAR model
