• Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java-based applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Develop and optimize backend services, integrating with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using DevOps practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance in production.

Required Qualifications:
• Must be currently local to Atlanta, GA, and available to work on-site three days per week.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience with message queues such as Kafka or ActiveMQ.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.

• Experience working in an Agile environment with DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
