📌 Roles and Responsibilities

📌 Plan and execute IT audits to assess the effectiveness of systems, controls, and security measures
📌 Evaluate IT infrastructure, applications, and operations for compliance with internal policies and external regulations
📌 Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and areas of non-compliance within IT systems
📌 Perform audits related to data integrity, cybersecurity, access controls, and disaster recovery procedures
📌 Prepare clear and detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and risk assessments
📌 Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand processes and suggest improvements
📌 Monitor remediation efforts and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution
📌 Stay updated on IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
📌 Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical insights
📌 Contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit methodology and processes

📌 Certifications and Qualifications Required

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field (required)
📌 Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (required)
📌 Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CPA (preferred)
📌 2–4 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or information security
📌 Strong understanding of IT controls, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA)
📌 Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud environments, and network security
📌 Proficiency with audit tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI)
📌 Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
📌 Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations
📌 Ability to work independently and handle multiple audits simultaneously
