📌 Roles and Responsibilities

📌 Assess clients’ IT systems, workflows, and infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities
📌 Provide strategic advice on technology solutions aligned with business objectives
📌 Design and implement IT systems, upgrades, and integrations based on client needs
📌 Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
📌 Recommend and support the implementation of security best practices and compliance standards
📌 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver efficient technology solutions
📌 Manage change and provide training/support to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions
📌 Conduct risk assessments, audits, and technology evaluations as part of IT planning
📌 Deliver detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders
📌 Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

📌 Certifications and Qualifications Required

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
📌 Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (preferred)
📌 ITIL Foundation or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus
📌 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, or technology advisory roles
📌 Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
📌 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
📌 Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
📌 Experience with client-facing roles, including scoping, solution design, and delivery
📌 Ability to work independently or as part of a project team in a fast-paced environment
