Roles and Responsibilities
π Define and lead the organizationβs overall IT strategy and vision
π Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, security, and systems architecture
π Align IT initiatives with business objectives to drive innovation and growth
π Direct and mentor IT managers, administrators, and technical teams
π Manage enterprise-level IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
π Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory compliance
π Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance business performance and scalability
π Collaborate with executive leadership to support digital transformation initiatives
π Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
π Report on key IT metrics, project outcomes, and risk assessments to the executive team
π Certifications and Qualifications Required
π Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required)
π Masterβs degree in Business Administration or Information Systems (preferred)
π Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar (preferred)
π ITIL Expert, TOGAF, or PMP certifications (preferred)
π 8β10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3β5 years in a senior leadership role
π Proven experience managing complex IT systems and enterprise infrastructure
π Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS), and digital strategy
π Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
π Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
π Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed
