Roles and Responsibilities

📌 Define and lead the organization’s overall IT strategy and vision
📌 Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, security, and systems architecture
📌 Align IT initiatives with business objectives to drive innovation and growth
📌 Direct and mentor IT managers, administrators, and technical teams
📌 Manage enterprise-level IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
📌 Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory compliance
📌 Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance business performance and scalability
📌 Collaborate with executive leadership to support digital transformation initiatives
📌 Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
📌 Report on key IT metrics, project outcomes, and risk assessments to the executive team

📌 Certifications and Qualifications Required

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required)
📌 Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems (preferred)
📌 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar (preferred)
📌 ITIL Expert, TOGAF, or PMP certifications (preferred)
📌 8–10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
📌 Proven experience managing complex IT systems and enterprise infrastructure
📌 Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS), and digital strategy
📌 Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
📌 Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
📌 Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed
