📌 Roles and Responsibilities

📌 Lead and manage the IT department, including system administrators, technicians, and support staff
📌 Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
📌 Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
📌 Ensure the security of IT systems, networks, and data through proactive risk management
📌 Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software
📌 Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and oversee major upgrades or migrations
📌 Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
📌 Provide leadership in crisis situations such as outages, cyber incidents, or major failures
📌 Coordinate cross-functional projects involving IT systems and digital transformation
📌 Develop IT policies, procedures, and training to support organizational growth

📌 Certifications and Qualifications Required

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required)
📌 Master’s degree or MBA with IT focus (preferred)
📌 ITIL Foundation certification (required)
📌 PMP, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP certifications (preferred)
📌 5+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
📌 Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity
📌 Proven experience in IT strategy planning and execution
📌 Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
📌 Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities effectively
📌 Experience with vendor management and budgeting processes
