Key Responsibilities:
📱 MDM Implementation & Management: Configure, implement, and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient mobile device use within the organization.
🔒 Security & Compliance: Ensure mobile devices are secure and compliant with organizational policies, managing access controls, data encryption, and remote wipe capabilities.
⚙️ Device Enrollment & Configuration: Oversee the enrollment and configuration of mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) and ensure they adhere to corporate standards and security policies.
🔍 Monitoring & Support: Continuously monitor the performance, security, and compliance of mobile devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users.
🔧 Integration with Other Systems: Integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise security tools, such as VPNs, email systems, and identity management platforms.
📈 Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports on mobile device usage, compliance, and security incidents. Maintain accurate records of device configurations, policies, and user profiles.
💡 Policy Development & Updates: Develop, update, and enforce MDM policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving security standards.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience as an MDM Specialist or in a similar role, with hands-on experience managing and securing mobile devices.
✅ Experience with MDM solutions such as VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or similar platforms.
✅ Strong understanding of mobile device security protocols (e.g., encryption, remote wipe, app management) and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
✅ Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and best practices in mobile device security.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve mobile device issues quickly and effectively.
Nice to Have:
✨ Certifications in mobile device management solutions (e.g., VMware AirWatch Certified, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
✨ Experience with enterprise mobility management (EMM) and mobile security frameworks.
✨ Knowledge of mobile application management (MAM) and integration with enterprise software solutions.
✨ Familiarity with managing BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policies and corporate-owned device configurations.
