๐ Roles and Responsibilities
๐ Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
๐ Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HRMS.
๐ Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
๐ Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Oracle solutions.
๐ Support testing phases including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
๐ Coordinate with technical teams for custom development and troubleshooting.
๐ Deliver end-user training, process documentation, and go-live support.
๐ Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades for existing Oracle EBS modules.
๐ Qualifications Required
๐ Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
๐ Minimum 4โ6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (preferably R12).
๐ Functional expertise in one or more EBS modules: AP, AR, GL, PO, OM, INV, HRMS, etc.
๐ Experience in full-cycle implementations, support, and upgrades.
๐ Strong knowledge of business processes and Oracle EBS best practices.
๐ Skilled in writing functional documentation and working with development teams.
๐ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
๐ Oracle certifications (Functional or Implementation) are a plus.
