๐ Roles and Responsibilities
๐ Analyze business requirements and translate them into MS Dynamics 365 functional specifications.
๐ Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) based on client needs.
๐ Collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations and data migrations.
๐ Facilitate client workshops, gather feedback, and provide end-user training.
๐ Prepare functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, and test scripts.
๐ Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with issue resolution.
๐ Provide post-go-live support and help optimize system functionality.
๐ Ensure solutions align with best practices and organizational goals.
๐ Qualifications Required
๐ Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
๐ 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with MS Dynamics 365.
๐ Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules and business process flows.
๐ Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
๐ Proficiency in creating functional specs, process maps, and configuration documentation.
๐ Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
๐ Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
๐ Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong advantage.
