๐Ÿ“Œ Roles and Responsibilities
๐Ÿ“Œ Analyze business requirements and translate them into MS Dynamics 365 functional specifications.
๐Ÿ“Œ Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) based on client needs.
๐Ÿ“Œ Collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations and data migrations.
๐Ÿ“Œ Facilitate client workshops, gather feedback, and provide end-user training.
๐Ÿ“Œ Prepare functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, and test scripts.
๐Ÿ“Œ Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with issue resolution.
๐Ÿ“Œ Provide post-go-live support and help optimize system functionality.
๐Ÿ“Œ Ensure solutions align with best practices and organizational goals.
๐Ÿ“Œ Qualifications Required
๐Ÿ“Œ Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
๐Ÿ“Œ 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with MS Dynamics 365.
๐Ÿ“Œ Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules and business process flows.
๐Ÿ“Œ Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
๐Ÿ“Œ Proficiency in creating functional specs, process maps, and configuration documentation.
๐Ÿ“Œ Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
๐Ÿ“Œ Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
๐Ÿ“Œ Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong advantage.
