MS Dynamics, Functional Conultant

📌 Roles and Responsibilities
📌 Analyze business requirements and translate them into MS Dynamics 365 functional specifications.
📌 Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) based on client needs.
📌 Collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations and data migrations.
📌 Facilitate client workshops, gather feedback, and provide end-user training.
📌 Prepare functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, and test scripts.
📌 Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with issue resolution.
📌 Provide post-go-live support and help optimize system functionality.
📌 Ensure solutions align with best practices and organizational goals.
📌 Qualifications Required
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
📌 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with MS Dynamics 365.
📌 Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules and business process flows.
📌 Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
📌 Proficiency in creating functional specs, process maps, and configuration documentation.
📌 Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
📌 Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
📌 Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong advantage.
