Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with at least 12+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will involve programming and software development for complex applications, with a focus on using Java, Spring, and React technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API development, database management, and familiarity with DevOps practices, as well as experience using JIRA for agile project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications based on technical designs.
Design and consume RESTful APIs to support application functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
Apply Agile development methodologies for iterative development and project management using JIRA.
Write, test, and optimize Java, Spring, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript code.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage data storage and retrieval.
Utilize CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for DevOps practices and efficient development workflows.
Collaborate within a team environment, providing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript.
Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in similar technology and domain.
Proficiency in JIRA for project management and Agile methodologies.
Strong experience with API Development (RESTful APIs).
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
Problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues.
