Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with a strong background in modern software development to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is an onsite, long-term contract role that involves direct client interaction and a hands-on coding test. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level application development and a proven ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and modern frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Develop and integrate REST APIs and manage backend services
Work with Oracle SQL databases and AWS-based cloud environments
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on software development experience in similar technologies (excluding training periods)
Minimum 5 years of onsite client experience in relevant technology and domain
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong expertise in:
Java 8 and above
Spring Boot
React or Angular 8+
RESTful API development
Oracle SQL
AWS (cloud services)
Experience working within Agile or iterative development methodologies
