📝 Job Summary:
We are seeking a Java React Developer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and within a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you’ll engage with managers and clients regularly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
Design, build, debug, and test high-performance web applications
Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with best practices
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design user interfaces
Develop highly responsive UI components using ReactJS
Implement front-end and back-end architecture
Optimize performance and troubleshoot codebase issues
Document application changes and ensure continuous updates
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Work cross-functionally to meet project goals
Continuously identify areas of improvement and implement solutions

✅ Mandatory Technical Skills:
Back-End:

Java 7/8/11 (Core to Advanced Concepts), JUnit
Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, REST APIs
Front-End:

ReactJS, React Hooks
JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5
Jest (Unit Testing)
Database:

PL/SQL, Oracle 11g
Operating Systems:

Windows, Linux
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Effective communication and documentation capabilities
Proactive attitude toward technical innovation

🌟 Good to Have:

Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, NPM, Yarn, Node.js
Docker/Containerization knowledge
Exposure to CI/CD tools, Enterprise Architecture Patterns
Agile development experience
Healthcare insurance domain experience is strongly preferred
