This role demands a strong command over backend Python development (70%) and performance tuning (30%). Ideal candidates must be local to Columbus, OH and available for full-time onsite work.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Develop reusable, testable, and efficient Python code
Use frameworks like FastAPI or similar for building scalable applications
Work on performance tuning, usability, and system balancing
Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
Implement security and data protection best practices
Work on data storage solutions and ensure clean integrations
Collaborate closely with the design team to implement user requirements and new features
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience in Python with frameworks like FastAPI
Familiarity with ORM libraries
