Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer (Infrastructure) with expertise in Azure, Windows/Linux system administration, and cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have experience with NetApp clusters, VMware, Business Continuity Planning (BCP)/Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, patching, and database administration. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud environments, system upgrades, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Administer Windows/Linux systems, including OS upgrades (Windows 2016/2019).
Perform NetApp cluster rebuilds and optimizations to enhance storage efficiency and reliability.
Manage VMware and Venter environments, ensuring virtual infrastructure stability and performance.
Implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for critical infrastructure.
Conduct system patching and vulnerability remediation to maintain security compliance.
Support database administration for cloud and on-premises databases, ensuring performance and integrity.
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on Azure.
Expertise in Windows and Linux administration, including OS patching and upgrades.
Hands-on experience with NetApp clusters, including rebuilds and optimization.
Proficiency in VMware/Venter for virtualization management.
Strong knowledge of BCP/DR planning and implementation.
Experience in vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
Familiarity with database administration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other cloud-based DBs).
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation is a plus.
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale cloud migrations and hybrid cloud environments.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible).
