💼 Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer to join our team on a long-term contract. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing SQL-based database solutions while supporting data-driven decision-making. If you have strong SQL expertise and a passion for clean, efficient data processes, this role is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation (retrieval, insertion, updates, deletions)
Design and manage efficient database schemas supporting multiple applications
Perform database performance tuning and monitoring
Execute ETL processes to integrate data from various sources
Analyze data to derive actionable business insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data solutions
Work with Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
Automate workflows using Power Automate and related tools
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in SQL and database design
Experience with ETL tools and processes
Hands-on knowledge of Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
Familiarity with Python and StreamSets is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
